We read every message and respond within 2-3 business days. If your question is time-sensitive (a loan application issue, for example), please mention "urgent" in the subject line and we'll prioritise it.
What to Include
To help us respond more usefully, please include:
- For corrections: the article URL, the specific claim you're disputing, and a source (if available)
- For topic suggestions: the question you wish was answered and what you've already searched for
- For partnership inquiries: your organisation, what you're proposing, and how it would benefit our readers
- For general feedback: nothing specific — just write what's on your mind
What We Can and Can't Help With
We can help with: Explaining how something works, pointing you to the right official source, or suggesting articles that address your situation.
We cannot: Give personalised financial advice, recommend a specific lender for your individual case, intervene in a dispute with a bank or NBFC, or process loan applications. For those, please contact the lender directly or seek a registered financial advisor.

For media enquiries, interviews, or guest contributions, please email us with "Media" in the subject line. We respond to verified press requests within a week.
Privacy

We try to be the kind of site whose contact form actually works and whose replies actually arrive. If you write to us and don't hear back within a week, please send a follow-up — sometimes emails get lost, and we'd rather hear from you twice than miss your message.
